our food
Our B&B is situated in the centre of Pinos del Valle in the Lecrin Valley, which is famous for the richness of it's land. On the way up the mountain from Lake Bezner is a precious piece of land that we can call our own. Here we grow oranges, lemons, walnuts, olives, almonds, figs and avocados. In the future we are looking to become more self-sufficient and offer our guests even more home grown produce. If we do not grow it ourselves we source everything local to the village as much as we can. We are lucky to have a great bakery just a few doors away and in the morning the smell of fresh bread makes its way through the house.
breakfast
Served in the dining area, courtyard patio or can be taken up to the roof terrace.
We serve
fresh orange juice and fruit, fresh coffee and a variety of teas
Granola and cereal
Fresh bread, croissants and tostadas
Homemade jams, marmalades and honey
Selection of local cheese and meats.
If the chef has his cooking hat on in the morning a tasty tortilla might be on the cards as well.
Drinks and Tapas
There is a tea bar in the dining room and we provide homemade tapas with the wines and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that are purchased. Tapas can also be ordered throughout the late afternoon and evening if the guests want to enjoy some food on the exquisite roof terrace and see the sun going down on the mountains or relax on the patio near the pool.
Evening meals
Occasionally we offer our guests a 2 or 3 course menu including drinks served in the cosy dining room and on the courtyard patio near the pool.
Backpacks - we offer lunches to take out, for walkers or beach bums.
NOTE: there is a fridge available for the guests to use.
With a little advance notice we are happy to cater for vegetarians and vegans.
There are several good restaurants in the area and there is a traditional local bar, which offers free tapas with every drink! The owners will be happy to give you details.
